RETURN POLICY
As long as the item has not been worn, washed, and/or undamaged then you have 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item or an exchange.*Shipping Fee is non refundable. If you would like to proceed please send an email to support@godacious.com. Please include your order number in the subject.
*Please provide us with a tracking number as proof of your return shipment. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard order processing is 5-7 business days. This can vary during US Holidays. All of your shipments will be tracked and we will send the tracking information to your email.Once items are sent out Godacious will not be liable for the shipment. PLease reach out to the carrier for any information. Most orders will deliver in 3-5 business days. We do not deliver on the weekends.
We ship to most countries outside the U.S. via the following international shipping methods:
International Standard – usually delivers within 2-4 weeks, although sometimes it can take longer due to delays in customs. No tracking information is available for orders shipped outside the US. International and military orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound and outbound processing.
All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees we charge for your order do not include custom fees. If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order. We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms.
